Canon Just released 2 new amazing cameras. They are really stepping up their game. R5 and R6 looks like the dream cameras in these times. This is a huge improvement and is going to kickstart a new race of mirrorless cameras. Sony has to come up with something really crazy to beat canon here and then the game is on again. Sony has been leading the market in best hybrid cameras for photography and video work. But now canon is in the lead.

Two highly anticipated mirrorless camera housings – the EOS R5 and R6. Both have impressive image quality, performance and speed to say the least. The camera body shares the same advanced DIGIC X processor, CMOS Dual Pixel AF II autofocus system and image stabilization. However, they are different when it comes to sensor resolution, memory cards and video recording. With its 45 megapixels, CF-express / UHS-II slot and internal RAW 8K filming at 30 fps, the EOS R5 is built for professional use. It is located above 5D IV, but just below 1DX III. This is the camera for those who are not content with anything other than the best.

The EOS R6 has a sensor with a lower resolution than the R5 of 20.1 megapixels, but like the R5 can shoot up to 20 frames per second – silently, and also with a higher RAW buffer of 240 frames. It has two UHS-II tracks, extended ISO at 204,800 and can record at 4K 60fps. R6 may be the younger sibling of R5, but it is far from small.

The autofocus systems of both cameras have very advanced eye recognition for both humans and animals. R5 and R6 can detect if it is a human, dog, cat or bird and then focus on eyes, face or body. This makes it easier than ever to hit focus and take the perfect picture whether you are photographing portraits or your four-legged friend.
